| ·工作职责: |
| 主要负责工商企业评级、招投标企业评级、中小企业融资推荐及相关研究工作。 |

| 2、财务报表分析、通过财务报表分析企业履约能力； |
| 3、综合评估企业资信情况，评定企业信用等级，撰写信用评级报告。 |
| ·职位要求: |
| 1、硕士学历，专业不限； |
| 2、扎实的财务、金融和经济理论功底，分析能力强； |
| 3、有志于信用评级行业； |
| 4、对以下任一行业有研究或从业经验者优先：房地产、信息设备、电子元器件、家电、物流、建筑、证券等； |
| 5、具备以下任一条件者优先： |
| （1）具有中国注册会计师（CPA）或CFA或律师资格； |
| （2）具有证券从业资格，熟悉证券市场； |

| 1、负责对监管部门、金融机构、行业自律性组织的公关工作。 |

| ·任职要求： |
| 1、金融、管理、经济、市场营销类专业本科以上学历，熟悉国家相关法律、法规和政策； |
| 2、1到2年相应从业经验，有投资银行业务经验的优先； |
| 3、具备良好的市场拓展素质和能力，具有较好的策划能力及对市场反应的敏锐能力； |
| 4、有广泛良好的社会关系网络及客户资源优先； |
| 5、具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，熟悉客户开发、管理等运作规则，热爱销售工作，能承受一定的工作压力和工作强度并保证既定目标的实现，能适应经常出差； |

| 1.Collect information from overseas market, and be responsible for the overseas market exploring and developing in the area; |
| 2.Responsible for bond market rating business development, external propaganda, promotion and planning work; |
| 3.Collect information from customers and investors, contact with potential customers and investors; |
| 4.Be responsible for negotiating, signing and tracking of business contracts; |
| 5.Interact effectively with supervision department, financial institutions and Industrial self-regulatory organizations. |
| ·Qualifications: |
| 1.Master's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting, with finance overseas education background; |
| 2.With strong coordinating and managerial ability, can work under pressure, willing to face challenges; |
| 3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at dealing public relations; |
| 4.With good sense of marketing planning and strong market exploring ability, be perceptive, and can response quickly upon market changes; |

| 2.Meet with senior management of rated utilities; communicate with institutional investors, investment bankers and financial advisors; |
| 3.Do related industry and the macro economic research and write company and industry reports for general publication. |
| ·Qualifications: |
| 1.Master's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting, with finance overseas education background; |
| 2.Strong macroeconomic industry and company analysis ability; |
| 3.A solid foundation of economic and financial , understand rating theory and technology; |
| 4.Strong communication and presentation skills as well as high-quality writing skills; |
| 5.Conscientious, initiative and work independently, objectively and justly; |
| 6.Can work under great pressure; |
| 7.Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese. |
